Where do I find my tickets after purchase?

Open My Tickets from the menu. Every paid ticket has a QR code the door staff scans on arrival — you can also screenshot it offline.
Can I transfer a ticket to a friend?

Yes — open the ticket, tap Transfer, and enter the recipient's email. The original QR is invalidated and a fresh one is issued to them.
How do I request a refund?

Go to My Tickets → select the ticket → Request Refund. Refunds are eligible up to 48 hours before the event start time. The 5% platform fee is non-refundable.
When do organizers receive payouts?

Ticket revenue is held for 7 days after the event ends, then transferred to your verified bank account. Verify the account from Dashboard → Payouts before your first event.
How do I publish a competition?

Use the Competition Hub setup wizard: Basic Info → Voting Rules → Voter Access → Add Entries → Test & Review → Publish. You need at least 2 approved entries before launching.
Do tippers need an account to send a Gift-Me?

No. Tippers pay with email + card; they only get an account if they choose to sign up. Anonymous tipping is on by default and can be toggled per page.
I lost access to my account — what now?

Use the password reset link on the sign-in page. If your email is compromised too, contact support and we'll re-verify your identity manually.
